Maybe a small text "version x.x.x. " onthe IP/Subnet screen or where it makes most sense.

It already shows the FW version on the welcome screen. As you would connect it to USB or use the Web Interface to update anyways (and can see the current version there) I don't see a reason to add it to another screen.
